The Admissions Process

Willow Walk Tour
All interested families join us for our interactive tour referred to as a “Willow Walk.” These guided tours allow you to pass through the classes while they are in session and have an opportunity to truly experience our learning environment.

Application
Prospective families are required to complete an application for the child. The applications are provided at the conclusion of the Willow Walk tour. There is a $100 non-refundable fee to submit the application.

Student Visit
The Willow School requires a student visit for all applicants. Once the application is submitted, you will be able to schedule your child's student visit. During this time your child will be assessed academically, socially and emotionally.
Willow Walk Tour Information
Our Willow Walk Tours are required for prospective families. All Willow Walk tours are the 1st Friday of each month* (unless otherwise noted) from 11:30 AM -12:15 PM. The scheduled dates for 2026-2027 tours are
