Sharon Seldner

Sharon Seldner has lived in Florida since 1986. She is the owner of Beachland Millworks, a Vero Beach Business that does custom woodworking and cabinetry. Sharon has deep love for all things water: boating, skiing and windsurfing. She is also passionate about Willow’s mission and is a member of the Bags & Bubbly Committee. Community work is also important to Sharon and she volunteers with Youth on a Mission, the Samaritan Center, St Helens and Holy Cross. She is currently a member of the Exchange Club of the Treasure Coast.


Joey Dobbs

Joey Dobbs

Joey Dobbs brings her enthusiasm, business savvy and intelligence to the Willow Board. After working as a corporate executive for 25 years, Joey helped run three of the New Jersey Masonic Learning Centers, an afterschool program dedicated to children with dyslexia, for a decade. Now retired, she spends her time volunteering and supporting local organizations like the Emerson Center and Willow. She is the proud grandparent of two Willow alumni.



Christine Nielson, MD

Christine Nielson MD is a medical acupuncturist at Indian River Acupuncture.  She has worked in academic medicine and as a medical director in a large hospice organization.  Currently, she enjoys doing acupuncture and being a lifelong student.  She and her husband have twin boys who attend Willow.  She is devoted to the school and its mission and volunteers at their events and fundraisers.


Stephanie Heady

Stephanie serves as Principal of The Willow School. She has a wide background in administration that includes over 15 years working for education institutions, non-profits, and small businesses. Originally from the Treasure Coast, Stephanie and her family moved to Costa Rica for six years where she taught English as a second language. Upon returning to Vero Beach, she joined the Willow family. Additionally Stephanie holds a BA in Business Administration and holds several certifications in early education. When not at Willow, Stephanie enjoys time with her family, being outdoors and loves to travel.  Email Stephanie


Govinda Reinhalter, M.Ed.

Govinda has been working in education for over 30 years. He is a certified Waldorf teacher and is a proponent of project based learning. Govinda has a Master’s Degree in Education from Antioch University and is also certified in elementary education. In addition to teaching, he holds a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is a certified self-defense instructor. He also has extensive business experience, serving as a Vice President at Macho Products, a manufacturer of martial arts protective gear for 13 years. Email Govinda


Peter Turner

Peter was born and raised in Vero Beach. In 2010, he graduated from the University of North Florida with a BA in History. He was a Boy Scout from the age of five and is a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Assoc. Peter is a Board member for Florida Diabetes Camp and is a counselor each summer. He co-founded an organic, sustainable farm in Sebastian and has taught classes for adults and children. Peter joined Willow in 2014 and is passionate about making school engaging. In his free time he enjoys fishing and camping. Email Peter
